Tabitha is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists, and is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.

She has special interests in Aquatic physiotherapy, neurological and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, women’s health and is a member of the Acupuncture Association of Physiotherapists, the  aquatic Therapy Association of Chartered Physiotherapists and the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Neurology .

Tabitha takes an evidence based ‘whole person’ approach to well being.

At the core of her practice is her patient’s involvement in their own care, through education and empowerment.

  • Exercise prescription including Clinical Pilates and therapeutic Yoga exercise
  • Aquatic physiotherapy (hydrotherapy)
