This yoga and Pilates inspired course is designed for mums/parents attending with their little ones aged 6 weeks right up until your baby starts to crawl.
The aim is to provide a safe supportive space in which to begin gentle movement, strengthening and stretching after birth, to allow time and guidance to relax and an opportunity to share knowledge and resources with other parents.
During the classes your baby may enjoy moving with us, having a feed, lying happily on their blanket or sharing their personality with the group!
Yoga mats are available but please feel free to bring your baby’s blanket and their favourite small toys.
Please be sure to check with your doctor prior to joining our class. You may wish to stay after the class and use the centre cafe for cup of tea and a chat with your lovely babies.
